Weekly Update and Bulletin 06/12/22

Hi Calvary family!

Join us this Sunday at 9:30am as we look at the practice of gratitude. We will sing together, pray together, and hear a message from guest teacher, Jeff Sajdak, on Psalm 136. We also will be able to celebrate the baptisms of Efrian & Asa Koster. We gather every Sunday to be transformed by the Holy Spirit and then sent into the world to reflect the love of Jesus in the world.

As I write this email, I have been pondering what it means to practice gratitude in my day to day life. I think I often miss the small things, so in light of that some of the small things that I am grateful for this past week have been beautiful weather and life-giving conversations with my friends and family. What about you? What are some of the small everyday things that you are finding yourself grateful for?

VBS Volunteer Needs Help us reflect the love of Jesus to kids this summer by volunteering for VBS! Signup online at calvaryholland.com/vbs. Here are the volunteer positions we are still looking for: 3 Classroom Helpers, Set-Up Crew for June 19 right after Church Service, and Clean-Up Crew for June 24 right after VBS.
