Weekly Update and Bulletin 04/03/22
Calvary family!
Throughout this school year, I have had the privilege of worshipping with GEMs, Cadets, and middle schoolers during Wednesday Connect nights. This past week was the last one of the year, and I have loved the time we have had singing together. My highlight has definitely been singing the song Tremble. Hearing these kids sing “Jesus, Jesus, You make the darkness tremble, Jesus, Jesus, You silence fear” at the top of their lungs is inspiring to my own faith and has been something that I look forward to every time we worship. I also want to shout out all the volunteers who make Connect nights happen from those who are cooking dinner and serving food to the GEMs and Cadets leaders and clean up crew. You all are absolutely incredible!
This Sunday we get to gather as usual at 9:30am to enjoy community and be transformed together by the Holy Spirit through singing, prayer, and listening. Guest teacher, Larry Doornbos, will be teaching on The One Who Sends from Luke 9:1-6 and Acts 1:1-8. Due to Spring Break, we do not have Sunday School for the next three weeks. We will then be sent into our families and communities to reflect the love of Jesus.

Grace Quest Grace Quest is a support group for individuals struggling with mental illness, and for their family and friends. Beginning in May, Grace Quest will meet at 7pm in Rm 406 in the Lodge every 1st & 3rd Monday of the month.
